Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our site. We value the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect ours. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Location of the infringing material and details to help locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the complaint is true and the complaining party is authorized by the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties exist for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page.
We may share the identity of the complainant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
- Your signature;
- A description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement asserting a good faith belief that the material removal was a mistake;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.
Counter notices should be sent through our Contact page for prompt attention.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers and terminate their accounts if they violate our policy.
Modifications
We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy at any time. It is recommended to review this policy regularly for updates.
